Vintage 10k yellow gold diamond ring, Finger size 7

Hello.
This is a petite and pretty diamond ring in 10k yellow gold.
It is marked 10k on the inside of the band.
The diamonds are genuine earth-mined stones.
There are 3 diamonds. Two spots are illusions with solder. This was intentional.
The ring finger size is 7. Sorry, we do not resize rings.
The weight of the ring with stones is 1.7 grams.
