Vintage large hand made tooled leather bag

Absolutely beautiful vintage large hand made tooled leather bag. It was done by policemen on 1970s 1980s who lost his job and while he stayed at home he learned how to make tooled leather and then he created this piece among others. Very talented person!
Bag is 14” long and 9.5” tall. Excellent condition except little darker spot on the side.
