Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 47 business days for us to carefully process, pack, and prepare your order.

Shipping Time (after processing):

  • Ground Advantage (USPS): 1–3 business days
  • Priority Mail (USPS): 1–2 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Important Note:
During holidays, peak times, some orders might require extra time. While most orders arrive quickly, please allow up to 7 business days for rare delays. we’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order.


How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Selecting Priority Mail or another upgraded shipping method will speed up the delivery once your order is shipped, but will not impact the processing time.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Here’s how to follow your package:

  2. Click on the tracking link to see real-time updates on your order’s journey.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address!

Q: Do you offer expedited processing?
A: Currently, processing time remains the same for all orders, but you can choose a faster shipping option at checkout.

Q: My package says “delivered,” but I don’t have it. What now?
A: Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a bit early. Please check with your neighbors or front desk, and allow an extra day or two. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now, we only ship within the USA. Stay tuned for updates as we grow!

Q: What happens if there is a shipping delay?
A: We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. For rare postal delays, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
