Vintage Lipstick Revlon Pointed Cap
This fabulous Lipstick was made by Revlon in the 1950’s! The cap has the cutest pointed tip with a gold “beaded” ring around the top and the whole case is all shimmery brushed gold tone metal with molded vertical ribs on the cap. There is a textured gold band where the cap and base meet. The bottom of the base reads Revlon 532. The refillable lipstick cartridge inside is super Lustrous 2 and the shade is Barely Peach. This lipstick cartridge looks to be unused but does have a bit of discoloration and debris from age and storage. The mechanism works smoothly and the cartridge reads Insert refill firmly in case. Measures 2 5/8″ x 3/4″. This lipstick case is in good vintage condition but does show a bit of wear and some spots of tarnish as shown. As mentioned the twist up mechanism works. Please see all photos.
Marvelous vintage lipstick case with the original Barely Peach lipstick inside. A wonderful addition to any collection!
